1. Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will incur no charges.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • For cancellations made within 2 hours or no-shows, the full service fee will apply.

2. Rescheduling

  • We allow one free rescheduling if requested at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours will incur a 25% service fee.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if the cancellation is within our policy.
  • Service issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are provided if valid concerns arise.
