1. Cancellation
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will incur no charges.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- For cancellations made within 2 hours or no-shows, the full service fee will apply.
2. Rescheduling
- We allow one free rescheduling if requested at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
- Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours will incur a 25% service fee.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if the cancellation is within our policy.
- Service issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are provided if valid concerns arise.
